For the past fifty years, we have dedicated ourselves to the design and construction of homes with distinctive historic character and charm. During that time, we have built nearly eight hundred homes and outbuildings throughout New England, the greater Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and beyond. Our ability to correctly capture the scale, proportion, and details of historic homes, combined with thoughtfully designed floor plans for today, is so unique, that we have been featured in numerous publications and programs including This Old House, the Wall Street Journal, "Pre-Fabulous", Old House Journal and more.

 

We are choosing now to focus on a design business, singularly focused on the architecture we love.

We are currently working on a new offering: a collection designed to enable our nationwide clientele to build a Connor home that could be mistaken for authentically historic. While we work on this, our design services are limited to offering custom schematic design to a handful of clients.
